We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The swimming pool seemed like heaven, especially with the hot weather outside. The beautiful gardens with palm and olive trees all around created a tranquil atmosphere. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable, large bed. The staff was helpful and cute. We loved having a little patio outside our room to enjoy the evenings. The food was delicious, with plenty of options available. The hotel's location was excellent, with a supermarket right across the road and the city square within walking distance.

The facilities are amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. The staff provides excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, near a mall and within walking distance to the medina. The breakfast has a good variety and the bed is very comfortable.

The swimming pool and gardens were great. The bed was comfortable. We had a nice little terrace overlooking the gardens. There was a good bowl of fruit and some nice roses in the room. Breakfast was excellent. After complaining about the poor check-in process, we were kindly offered a free drink. Check-out was quick - use the Caisse and not reception. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accessible facilities and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel restaurant also had great food at a great value. The lobby was fine and the overall hospitality was great. I cannot forget to mention Youseff, the concierge, who helped with all our excursions and reservations. He was lovely and made our trip even more nice. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
